Our team
The study team is made up of clinicians and researchers from the Universities and NHS Children’s Hospitals of Bristol and Birmingham, and from expert and campaigning patient groups, including Diabetes UK and Alstrom UK.
The team has expertise in diabetes and children’s health, in healthcare research, including qualitative research involving interviews and focus groups, intervention design, and patient and public engagement in research.
We are supported in all aspects of this study by the Diversity in Diabetes Young People’s Advisory Group.
